County senior golf passes will go on sale March 17

 


Senior citizen golf passes will go on sale at the North and South Park Golf Courses starting on Monday, March 17.

Residents and non-residents age 60 and over are eligible to purchase the pass at a cost of $80 for residents and $100 for non-residents. Cash, check, Master Card/Visa are all acceptable forms of payment.

Passes may be purchased at the North Park or South Park Clubhouse between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Passes are not valid on Fridays, Saturdays or Sunday, and are not issued on those days either. Pass holders will also be responsible for daily rates of $8 for 18-holes ($10 if non-resident) or $5 for 9-holes ($6 for non-residents). Carts are not included in the cost of the pass either. Season locker rentals are also available beginning March 17 at $25 each for residents and $31 each for non-residents.

Winter Golf will continue through Sunday, March 16, after which the courses will close for regular season preparation. The tentative opening date for the 2014 Regular Golf Season is Friday, March 28 weather and conditions permitting.
