Organic gardening workshop

An Organic Gardening Basics Workshop will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 5, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Mount Oliver Fire Hall, 120 Brownsville Road.

Topics that will be covered include: choosing a suitable space for a garden; soil health; what to plant and where; how to compost; and much more. In addition to information about organic gardening, the workshop will also provide information on how to get involved with the Mount Oliver Community Garden this year.
