Free legal help for low-income area residents

Free legal help is available at the South Hills Legal Clinic for low-income area residents on the first Wednesday of each month at the Stewart Avenue Evangelical Lutheran Church from 6-8 p.m.

Duquesne Light and K&L Gates are working with the Pittsburgh Pro Bono Partnership to provide the service for low-income individuals.

The will be available to help residents understand and solve various civil legal issues ranging from landlord-tenant disputes to family law. However, the clinic will not provide advice regarding criminal matters.

Call ahead to make an appointment, 412-355-6776, and someone will respond promptly.
