Zone case 242/13 on Thursday, Nov. 7 at 9:00 a.m. is the appeal of Dramble Tia, owner and applicant for 300 Beltzhoover Avenue in the 18th Ward (Zoning District R1D-H).
Applicant requests a 6’ high solid fence for single-family dwelling.
Variances: 925.06.A.2: Maximum 4’ high open fence permitted; 6’ high solid fence requested.
Notes: Certificate of Occupancy 90696, dated 9/8/2004, permitted occupancy “Two-story one-family dwelling with one-story one-car detached garage.”
Zone case 179/13 on Thursday, Nov. 7 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Jason and Erin Appelt, owners, and Peter Margittai, applicant, for 145 S. 15th Street in the 17th Ward (Zoning District R1A.VH).
Applicant requests a protest appeal of zoning approval for use of property as a two-family dwelling.
Protest Appeal: 923.02.B.1; 923.02.D: Appeal to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Zone case 2263/13 on Thursday, Nov. 14 at 10:10 a.m. is the appeal of ASP Enterprises LLC, owner, and Carrick’s Custom Decor, applicant for 1621 Saw Mill Run in the 32th Ward (Zoning District NDI).
Applicant requests a 30 sq. ft. new electronic business ID wal mounted sign for Route 51 Auto Sales.
Variances: 919.03.O.3: Electronic signs are not permitted in NDI zoning district.
