Carrick library has programs for kindergarten through teens
Fall programs continue at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh – Carrick, 1811 Brownsville Road.
School-Age Fun: Kids Club for kids in grades K-5 takes place at the library at 3:30 p.m. on Thursdays through October 24. Come in for a new activity each week including projects, crafts, games and more.
Pre-K Programs: Fall Storytime is on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. from September 17 - October 22. Join them for stories, songs, rhymes, and more fun activities to nurture early learning skills. Pre-K Programs: Fall Storytime is recommended for toddlers, preschoolers, and their caregivers.
Teen Think is for teens in grades 6-12 on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 2 p.m. Check out the library’s Teen Advisory Council to eat pizza, talk about plans for programs and activities, and earn volunteer credit. This month they’re making plans for this year’s Haunted Library.
Dungeons & Dragons: tabletop role-playing game action for ages 12-18 on Wednesday, Sept. 11 from 6-8 p.m.
Teen Thing for teens 12-18 is every Tuesday from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Teen Thing includes art projects, snacks, and more.
