Friends of Grandview Park Farm Dinner
Workers slice bread warm out of the oven in Grandview Park for the Friends of Grandview Park’s annual Farm Dinner. Part of the antipasti course, the bread was served with assorted compound butters, zucchini salad, pan seared banana peppers and garden tomato bruschetta.
Ricci Minella, host chef for the Farm Dinner, prepares platters of handmade pasta with home grown San Marzano and Black Krim tomato sauce. Contributing to the menu which included braised pork shoulder with rosemary potato tostones and grilled beef loin with smoked summer peaches were chefs John Tryc, Micah Maughan and Mike Mercurio.
