Zone case 178/13 on Thursday, Aug. 1 at 10:10 a.m. is the appeal of Gregory John and Rosemary Null, owners, and David Morgan, applicant, for 145 Labelle Street in the 19th Ward (Zoning District R1D-H).
Applicant requests new construction of a 11’3”x10’ deck and a 10’x10’ one-story addition to an existing two-story single-family dwelling.
Variance Requests: 903.03.D.2, Minimum 5’ interior side yard required and 0’ (for a deck) and 2’9” (for a one-story addition) proposed.
Zone case 179/13 on Thursday, Aug. 8 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Jason and Erin Appelt, owners, and Peter Margittai, applicant, for 145 S. 15th Street in the 17th Ward (Zoning District R1A.VH).
Applicant requests a protest appeal of zoning approval for use of property as a two-family dwelling.
Protest Appeal: 923.02.B.1; 923.02.D: Appeal to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Past cases and decisions: ZBA 174 of 2012, applicant’s request to use three-story structure as a two-family dwelling was Denied.
Notes: Certificate of Occupancy permit 12-OCC-00533, dated 10/9/2012, occupancy is for use of existing structure as two-family dwelling one-unit on 1st and 2nd floors and one unit on 3rd floor.
