The Friends of Grandview Park will hold its fourth annual Farm Dinner on August 25 at Grandview Park in Allentown.
The Farm Dinner is a local food experience highlighting exceptional cuisine in a peaceful urban park with breathtaking views of the city.
Host Chef Ricci Minella will present a five-course menu featuring rustic Italian fare including local wines and fresh baked bread from an on-site wood fired oven. Chefs Michael Mercurio, Micah Maughan and Jon Tryc will also present entrees based on the theme.
Vegetarian courses will be available. Special appreciation goes to Pittsburgh Urban Garden Project and its co-founder Brett Wilps, as well as Joe Hilty, a local chef assisting with producing the dinner.
Only 100 tickets were available for this exclusive event. Tickets may be purchased for $90 from any member of the Friends of Grandview Park, email@example.com or by calling 412-589-9586.
Proceeds from the Farm Dinner will benefit Friends of Grandview Park to support their continuing improvements to the Park.
