Movie Effects program and more at Knoxville Library

A variety of fun programs and activities for kids of all ages continue through the summer at the Knoxville Library.

“Movie Effects,” presented by Mad Science of Pittsburgh, on Saturday, July 20 at 11:30 a.m., is an audience participation event that offers a peek behind the special effects of your favorite movies. Registration is required for this event so it’s recommended to reserve a seat soon.

Programs planned this summer include: Kids Create: Dig into Arts & Crafts on Wednesdays from 5:30 – 7 p.m. for ages 6-11; Pre-K Program: Little Diggers Storytime on Thursdays at 1 p.m. for ages 2-5 with an adult; and School Age Fun: Reading Rocks! for K-5th graders on Thursdays at 3 p.m.

Additional events are planned throughout the summer so be sure to check often for the latest news. All library programs are free.
