Zone case 130/13 on Thursday, June 20 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Jonathan Schmella, owner and applicant, for 238 East Cherry Hill St. in the 29nd Ward (Zoning District P).
Applicant requests use of existing structure as three dwelling units.
Variance Requests: 911.02, Use of three dwelling units is not permitted in P zoning district.
Zone case 113/13 on Thursday, June 20 at 10:20 a.m. is the appeal of Redbeards LLC, applicant, and 201 Shiloh Street Associates, owners, for 201-203 Shiloh St. in the 19nd Ward (Zoning District LNC).
Applicant requests one new 14.44 sq. ft. LED wall mounted sign for the restaurant.
Variance Requests: 919.03.O.3, Electronic signs are not permitted in LNC zoning district.
