Programs for adults also offered at Pop-Up Library

 


Regular adult programing continued in March at the Allentown Pop-Up Library.

30 Books in 30 Minutes will take place on Monday, March 18 from 6:30 -7:30 p.m. Mt. Washington librarian, Marian Streiff, will share 30 book titles in a half hour. This program will jump start a new book discussion group on Monday evenings starting in April at the Allentown Pop-up. Feedback from participants is welcome.

Coffee and Conversation is held on the second and fourth Fridays of each month from 10 -11 a.m. Come in every month to just talk. Adults are welcome to mull over the latest news headlines, share positive stories about the Hilltop, or complain about the current gas prices. Coffee and donuts will be served.

The Allentown Pop-up library is at 1206 Arlington Avenue. Pop-Up hours are Mondays and Thursdays noon – 8 p.m ., with evening hours 6 -8 p.m. for adults. Children are allowed in the evenings only if accompanied by adults; and Fridays and Saturdays 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
