The following proposed ordinance would be considered for adoption at a Regular Meeting of Council of the Mt. Oliver Borough on February 18, 2013 at 7:30 p.m.

BOROUGH OF MT. Oliver ORDINANCE 931-13

An Ordinance increasing the indebtedness of the Borough of Mt. Oliver, Allegheny County, PA, by the Issue of a General Obligation Note in the amount of $39,523.00 to finance project costs associated with the purchase and installation of energy-efficient lighting upgrades in accordance with the Alternative/Clean Energy Program Guidelines. This Note will bear interest at a rate of 1% per annum for 120 months. The Note is a Guaranteed Revenue Note of the Local Government Unit and Its Officers are directed to do alL acts necessary and proper for the issuance and securing of said Note. No amendments were made during the final passage of this Ordinance. A copy ofthe full text of the Ordinance as enacted may be examined by any citizen at 150 Brownsviile Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15210 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
