Zone case 249/12 on Thursday, Dec. 13 at 9:50 a.m. is the appeal of Stephen Stutz, owner, and Nathan Morgan, applicant and prospective owner, for 2134 East Carson Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District LNC).
Applicant requests use of existing three-story structure as multi-unit with four units on second and third floors and use of 1,212 sq. ft. of first floor as an office (limited).
