Children’s Museum collecting sweaters

Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh kicked off its thirteenth annual Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood Sweater Drive with 88 students from Martin Luther King School and the Children’s Museum’s Pre/K-Headstart programs operated by Pittsburgh Public Schools and.... a very special visit from everyone’s favorite speedy delivery man Mr. McFeely.

Through December 16, donors can drop off new and/or gently-used adult and child-sized sweaters in receptacles in the Children’s Museum’s lobby. The sweaters collected will be distributed to families throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania and the surrounding region via United Way of Allegheny County agencies and the Presbyterian Churches of the Tri State Area.

For more information about Mister Rogers› Neighborhood Sweater Drive, contact the Museum›s Sweater Drive Hotline at 412-322-5058, ext. 231.
