Pittsburgh’s Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 220/12 on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 9:00 a.m. is the appeal of John McGrath, owner, and Carl Stepanovich, applicant, for 3128 Mary Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District H).

Applicant requests existing 20’x25’ two-car garage as an accessory to a single-family dwelling located at 3125 Josephine Street.

Variance Request: 912.01.A, Shall be located on the same zoning lot and the same zoning district as the primary structure.

Special Exception Request: 914.07.G.2(a), Off-site parking is a Special Exception.

Zone case 233a/12 on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 10:00 a.m. is the appeal of Martin Media, owner, and Lamar Advertising Co., applicant, for Greenleaf Street (parcel:7-P-9) in the 19th Ward (Zoning District H).

Applicant requests existing advertising sign relocation: new location on the same lot.

Special Exception Request: 921.03.E, Nonconforming sign relocaton shall be authorized as a Special Exception.
