Zone case 213/12 on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of Concord Hospitality Enterprises, owner, and Able Industries Inc., DBA SIGN STAT, applicant, for 2795 Water Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District SP-5).
Applicant requests two new 196 St. ft. each wall mounted signs for six-story structure (Hyatt House hotel).
Variance Requests: 909.01.C.4 Maximum letter height 6 ft. permitted and 7 ft. proposed; one sign per building permitted and two proposed.
