Pittsburgh’s Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 213/12 on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of Concord Hospitality Enterprises, owner, and Able Industries Inc ., DBA SIGN STAT, applicant, for 2795 Water Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District SP-5).

Applicant requests two new 196 St. ft. each wall mounted signs for six-story structure (Hyatt House hotel).

Variance Requests: 909.01.C.4 Maximum letter height 6 ft. permitted and 7 ft. proposed; one sign per building permitted and two proposed.
