Zone case 135/12 on Thursday, July 12 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of 860 Realty Corporation, owner, and Precision Sign & Awning, applicant, for 860 Saw Mill Run Blvd. in the 18th Ward (Zoning District HC).
Applicant requests an existing business ID electronic sign.
Special Exception Request: 919.03.O.3 - Electronic non-advertising signs within the HC zoning district shall be approved as a Special Exception.
Zone case 137/12 on Thursday, July 12 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of Ronald Bezak, owner and applicant, for 312 Belonda Street in the 30th Ward (Zoning District R1D-H).
Applicant requests use of existing two-story structure as two-family dwelling with two car parking stalls at rear.
