Jeff Decker Day in City of Pittsburgh

Last week, Councilman Bruce Kraus sponsored a resolution in City Council declaring Tuesday, Jan. 24, as "Jeff Decker Day" in the City of Pittsburgh.

In the resolution, Mr. Kraus noted Decker Service Station in Allentown was opened by Herman Decker, Jeff's father, in 1952. In addition to offering automotive services, Jeff Decker also operates a used car lot in the neighborhood; serves as the current president of the Petroleum Retailers Auto Repair Association of Western Pennsylvania; and, is a deputy sheriff of Allegheny County.

Mr. Kraus recognized Mr. Decker's support of the Allentown Business Association and the Allentown CDC and his dedication to his wife Mary Ann, son, Jeffery, daughter, Dawn, and four grandchildren, Jeffery, Alexis, Aiden and Kayla.
