The problems in South Side are alcohol based. Responsible bar owners should not serve people until they are inebriated. You don't see people at a pizza shop fighting because someone "looked at them wrong."

I have a@suggestion@for Mr. Money Bags bar owner. You have all that money; pay extra taxes for the police to take care of your drunken customers the community has to deal with.
