Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 213/11 on Thursday, Nov. 17 at 10:00 a.m. is the appeal of Mary Wolfe, applicant, and James Donateli, owner for 2300 Sarah Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH).

Applicant requests four 8.5 ft. x 19 ft. off-site parking stalls as an accessory to 123 South 23rd Street.

Special Exception: 914.07.G.2 - Off-Site parking areas shall be considered accessory uses; needs to be approved as a Special Exception.

Use Variance Requests: 903.O3.E.2 - 5' interior side yard setback required and 0' requested .; 903.O3.E.2 - 5' exterior side yard setback required and 1' requested.

Notes: Certificate of Zoning Classification was applied for on 07/19/2007; and it was indicated on the application that the current use and the proposed use: is a "vacant land."
