Grant training workshop
Cindy Haines, field operations specialist in Field Policy and Management for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development leads a workshop on applying for Federal grants at the St. Paul AME Church. The workshop was hosted by the Hilltop Alliance and was open to community organizations throughout the city.
