Zone case 200/11 on Thursday, Nov. 3 at 9:00 a.m. is the appeal of Michael D. Foglia, owner and Mary Foglia and Michael D. Foglia applicant for 154-156 Merrimac Street in the 19th Ward (Zoning District R1D-H).
Applicant requests reconstruction of a damaged non-conforming use (2 unit dwelling).
Use Variance Requests: 921.03.C.2 Reconstruction of a damaged non-conforming use is a special exception in a R1D zoning district.
Zone case 208/11 on Thursday, Nov. 3. at 9:50 a.m. is the appeal of Mark Frankovitch/2232 Sarah Street, LLC, owner/applicant for 2232 Sarah Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH).
Applicant requests change from one non-conforming use to another; currently an auto home/glass repair shop to "5 hour energy."
Use Variance Requests: 921.02.A.4 change from one non-conforming use to another is a special exception.
