Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 175/11 on Thursday, Sept. 22. at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Josh Ebaugh, owner/applicant for 3120 Josephine Street (3117 Josephine Street) in the 16th Ward (Zoning District H).

Applicant requests a 23'4" x 24' detached car garage across the street from 3117 Josephine Street.

Use Variance Requests: 912.01 (D) Accessory uses and structures shall be contained in the same zoning lot.

Zone case 180/11 on Thursday, Sept. 22. at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Destin Lee, applicant and Kevin Lenzo and Andrea Noyes, owners, for 2330 Sarah Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH).

Applicant requests a third floor extesnion over 2-story rear extension with 5'8" x 8' 3-story extension to 3-story single family dwelling.

Use Variance Requests: 903.03.E2 Rear setback 15' required; 0' requested.
