Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 145/11 on Thursday, Sept. 15. at 9:50 a.m. is the appeal of Dennis Huet, owner/applicant for 2408 Jane Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH). Continued from August 4.

Applicant requests to erect 2, single-family attached dwellings with 2-car integral garages.

Use Variance Requests: 903.03.E, 5' interior side yard setback required, 1' requested; 903.03.E, 15' rear yard setback required, 11'3" and 2'5" requested; 903.03.E, 1,200 sf lot size required, 849 sf and 1025 sf requested.

Notes: 1988 — Certificate of occupancy issued for continued use of existing structure as two-family dwelling with two outdoor parking stalls in the rear.
