Zone case 138/11 on Thursday, Sept. 8. at 9:00 a.m. is the appeal of Michael F. Healey, owner/applicant for property at Oakley Way andn Stromberg Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District R1D-H).
Applicant requests use of eight car parking stall area as residential off-site parking area.
Use Variance Requests: 912.01.D2, accessory parking area must be located on the same zoning lot.
Zone case 159/11 on Thursday, Sept. 8 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Jonathan M. Kamin, applicant, and Sarah 2608, Inc ., owner of 2608 Sarah Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District R2-VH).
Applicant requests 24' x 36', new 2-story single family dwelling with a 1-car integral garage.
Use Variance Requests: 925.06.C, minimum side yard set back requires 3', the applicant is requesting 0'.
