They observed a white female loitering on the corner of Knox and Arlington avenues. The woman offered to perform a sex act on a detective for $30 and a pack of cigarettes.

When the female was arrested detectives found three syringes, a burnt spoon, and a crack pipe on her person. Arrested was Alessandra Cianca, 25, of Craighead Street.@
