Summer reading program Bash this Saturday at Knoxville Library

Summer reading is coming to an end and it is time to celebrate. The Carnegie Library of PittsburghKnoxville Library will hold a closing party on Saturday, Aug.t 6, from noon to 2 p.m.

There will be crafts, prize drawings and light refreshments for all ages. At 1 p.m., Temujin the Storyteller will entertain people of all ages with fascinating tales from Africa.

Those who have been participating in Summer Reading Club are reminded to stop by the library to report their reading list and pick up rewards. Special prize drawings will be held on Saturday for those who attend the celebration as well. The official end of Summer Reading Club is August 13, so those who cannot attend still have time to record items in their booklogs and earn rewards until that date.
