Slippery Rock University students from across Pennsylvania and the nation earned dean's list honors during spring semester 2011.

To qualify for the SRU dean's list, a student must earn a 3.5 grade-point average or higher on a 4-point scale while taking 12 or more graded hours of course credit.

Students from the South Pittsburgh area named to the list included: Stephanie M. Addlespurger, Shawna D. Falcione and Ashley M. Lowery.
