Zone case 119/11 on Thursday, June 23 at 9:50 a.m. is the appeal of Easy Rentals LLC, owners/applicants for 168 S. 17th Street in the 17th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH).
Applicant requests use of 2-story 2-family dwelling.
Use Variance Requests: 911.02, use of 2 family dwelling not permitted in an R1A zoning district. 914.02a, There is a minimum of one off-street parking space per unit and zero off-street parking is requested.
Zone case 116/11 on Thursday, June 23 at 10:00 a.m. is the appeal of Bradley Yoder, owner/applicant for 321 Bigham Street in the 19th Ward (Zoning District R1D-H).
Applicant requests 52' x 20' patio on the side of an existing restaurant with liquor license.
Use Variance Requests: 921.02.A.1(a), Enlargement of a non-conforming use requires a special exception. 921.02.A.1(A), Consolidation of two zoning lots to create a larger zoning lot on which non-conforming use will be situated is not permitted. 916.02.A.1, 15' front set back required for residential compatibility standards and 8' provided.
