Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 78/11 on Thursday, June 2 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Brian Young, owner/applicant for 1016 Bradish Street in the 17th Ward (Zoning District R2-H).

Applicant requests use of 2-story single family dwelling.

Use Variance Requests: 903.03.D.2, lot size 1,800 sq. ft. required and 800 sq. ft. requested; 925.06.C.1, 3' required side yard set back required on both side, and 0' requested on westerly side.

Zone case 107/11 on Thursday, June 9 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of Brittini Wright, owner/applicant for 18 Haberman Avenue in the 18th Ward (Zoning District R1D-H).

Applicant requests use of 3-story structure as 3-family dwelling.

Use Variance Requests: 911.02, use not permitted in an R1D zoning district.

Zone case 103/11 on Thursday, June 9 at 10:20 a.m. is the appeal of Daniel Smithbower, owner/applicant for 1885 Saw Mill Run Blvd. in the 32th Ward (Zoning District HC).

Applicant requests reconstruction of a non-conforming use.

Use Variance Requests: 921.03.C.2, reconstruction of a non-conforming use (Adult Entertainment) is a special exception in a HC zoning district.

Plans are on file for this case and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person.
