Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 78/11 on Thursday, June 2 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Brian Young, owner/applicant for 1016 Bradish Street in the 17th Ward (Zoning District R2-H).

Applicant requests use of 2-story single family dwelling.

Use Variance Requests: 903.03.D.2, lot size 1,800 sq. ft. required and 800 sq. ft. requested; 925.06.C.1, 3' required side yard set back required on both side, and 0' requested on westerly side..

Plans are on file for this case and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person.
