Zone case 70/11 on Thursday, April 28 at 9:30 a.m. is the appeal of Haywood V. and Cheryl A. Jones, ownersapplicants for 850 Delmont Avenue in the 18th Ward (Zoning District LNCR2-H).
Applicant requests use of 6' privacy fence along the sides and rear; 5' cyclone fence in the front of an existing 2-story single family dwelling.
Use Variance Requests: 903.03.D.2, Exterior side yard setback, 15' required and 0' requested; 903.03.D.2, Front yard setback, 15' required and 0' requested.
Zone case 78/11 on Thursday, May 5 at 9:30 a.m. is the appeal of Michael F. Healey, owner/applicant for 2110 Carey Way in the 16th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH).
Applicant requests 2nd story addition to an existing 3-story single family dwelling and 1-story existing addition with a 2-car detached garage.
Use Variance Requests: 925.06.C.2, 3' set back required on one side 0' requested on both sides.
Past cases and decisions include: Case 2/09, the board granted a 20' x 14' 1-story detached garage at the rear of 2109 Sarah Street.
