Jessica Zembower, board member of the Allentown CDC, works with a couple of District Judge Gene Ricciardi's public service "volunteers" on cleaning up Arlington Avenue. The "volunteers" assisted the South Side Slopes Neighborhood Assoc. and the ACDC in a clean up effort over the weekend.
