Applicant requests use of 3-story structure as a Two Family Dwelling with 2-car integral garage.

Zone case 67/11 on Thursday, April 14 at 10:00 a.m. is the appeal of Milcreek Processing, owner/applicant for 154 Pius Street in the 17th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH).
Applicant requests use of two 8.5'x39' parking stalls in the rear of an existing 2-story single family family dwelling.

Zone case 41/11 on Thursday, April 14 (continued from March 10) at 10:10 a.m. is the appeal of Triko Enterprises, Inc., owner and Triko Enterprises, Inc. c/o Jonathan Kamin, Esq. applicant for 2214 East Carson Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District LNC).
Applicant requests use of 3-story structure as Social Club General.
Use Variance Requests: 911.04.A.88., Social Club (General) is a special exception in LNC, which the required parking, and the detrimental impacts (traffic, parking need, and hours of operation) will be considered by the board. Notes: Certificate of Occupancy is first floor as a book store.
Zone case 70/11 on Thursday, April 28 at 9:30 a.m. is the appeal of Haywood V. and Cheryl A. Jones, ownersapplicants for 850 Delmont Avenue in the 18th Ward (Zoning District LNCR2-H).
Applicant requests use of 6' privacy fence along the sides and rear; 5' cyclone fence in the front of an existing 2-story single family dwelling.
Use Variance Requests: 903.03.D.2, Exterior side yard setback, 15' required and 0' requested; 903.03.D.2, Front yard setback, 15' required and 0' requested.
