Carrick Band will host competition

 

March 1, 2011



Pittsburgh Carrick High School 25th Annual TIA Indoor Competition will take place on Saturday, March 5 beginning at11:30 a.m. at the school, 125 Parkfield Street.

Hosted by the Carrick High School Marching Band and Winter Guard, the event will bring percussion, dance, majorette and Color Guard teams together from all over the Greater Pittsburgh area, as well as performances by the Carrick Steel Drum Ensemble, Bagpipe Band, and Marching Band.

The Carrick High School Marching Band is accepting donations from area business for their Chinese Auction and ads in their Home Show Program. Interested parties should contact Luria Lindner by calling 412-884-2284.

Admission to the TIA Indoor Competition is $8 for adults, $5 seniors and students. Children under five are free.
