Applicant requests continued use of 2-story 2-family dwelling (one at the front and one at the rear).

Zone case 40/11 on Thursday, March 10 at 9:00 a.m. is the appeal of Ryan Edmondson, owner/applicant for 2339 Wrights Way in the 16th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH).
Applicant requests a new 12' x 10' deck in the rear of a 2-story attached single family dwelling with 12' x 5' second story deck above.
Use Variance Requests: 903.03.E.2., 10' interior side yard set back required on both interior side yards & 0' requested on both sides.
Zone case 40/11 on Thursday, March 10 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Triko Enterprises, Inc., owner, Triko Enterprises, Inc. c/o Jonathan Kamin, Esq. applicant for 2214 E. Carson Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District LNC).
Applicant requests use of 3-story structure as Social Club General.
Use Variance Requests: 911.04.A.88., Social Club (General) is a special exception in LNC, which the required parking, and the detrimental impacts (traffic, parking need, and hours of operation) will be considered by the board. Notes: Certificate of Occupancy is first floor as a book store.
