Zone case 25/11 on Thursday, Jan. 27 at 10:20 a.m. is the appeal of David Davis, owner, Rabner Law Office, applicant for 1710 Fox Way in the 17th Ward (Zoning District R1D-L).
Applicant requests continued use of a 2½ story structure with a 2-car detached garage as a two family dwelling.
Use Variance Request: 911.02.B, Use variance, 2-family dwelling requested in a single family zoning district.
Zone case 28/11 on Thursday, Feb. 10 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of Milan Enterprises L.P., owner/applicant for 2605 Jane Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District R2-VH).
Applicant requests a 3,250 sq. ft. second floor extension over seven-parking spaces to an existing 2-story office structure.
Use Variance Requests: 921.02.A.1, Enlargement of a non-conforming use (the applicant is not permitted to expand more than 15 percent in a residential district); 903.03.E.2, Interior side yard set back 5' required and 4' requested; and, 903.03.E.2, Rear set back 15' required and 0' requested.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person.
