Phillips Students of the Month
Jason Eminhizer, chair of the South Side Chamber of Commerce's student recognition committee presents Student of the Month certificates to Pittsburgh Phillips K-5 students Taina Zegarra and Giovanna Varlotta. The students also received savings bonds for their efforts.
