Over the last 40 years, the Harmony Singers have raised more than $50,000 for various charities. The singers collected money for the Twilight Wish Foundation, the designated charity for 2010, at their annual spring concert held at Seton-LaSalle High School. After a performance of highlights from that spring show for the ISDA, a member of the ISDA matched the contribution to the Twilight Wish Foundation.

The Harmony Singers perform a wide variety of music-Broadway show tunes, swing, blues, rock ‘n' roll and comedy. The group is available to perform for civic, social, church, or business organizations.

All ages and voices are welcome to join the Harmony Singers. Performance experience and the ability to read music are preferred but are not required. Rehearsals are held at the Brightwood Christian Church, 5044 West Library Road, Bethel Park.

The Harmony Singers will participate in Macy's "Shop for the Cause" culminating in a performance in Macy's at South Hills Village on October 16.

For more information about joining the Harmony Singers or to reserve them for an event, call Judy Quashnock at 724-941-0768 or visit www. harmonysingers.org.
