Tashanna Hall earns scholarship to Kaplan school
Tashanna Hall has received the Imagine America scholarship, $1,000 in tuition assistance from the IAF. Hall, a graduate of Carrick High School, will be attending Kaplan Career Institute in Pittsburgh.
Tashanna is enrolled in the Criminal Justice program.
