Pgh. Zoning Board hearings
Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 161/10 on Thursday, Aug. 5 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Andrew Curtis, owner of 309 Cola Street in the 18th Ward, to construct a 12' x 22' one-story one-car detached garage on the side of existing 2½ story single family dwelling.
The appellant is requesting relief from the minimum front and interior side yard setback requirements for accessory structures.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing.
