Homewonership preservation workshop downtown
A homeownership preservation workshop will be held at the Hilton Pittsburgh, 600 Commonwealth Place, Downtown, on Tues ., June 22 from 1-7:30 p.m ., for all homeowners who may be at risk of foreclosure.
The workshop, which is free and open to the public, will provide a chance for homeowners to meet face-to-face with their mortgage company and a HUD-approved counseling agency to work on a solution to help them stay in their home.
The workshop is sponsored by the Making Home Affordable Program, HOPE NOW Alliance, NeighborWorks® America and local partners. The Making Home Affordable Program was created to help millions of homeowners refinance or modify their mortgage payments to a level that is more affordable.
