Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 115/10 on Thursday, June 10 at 9:30 a.m. is the appeal of Trammell Crow Development & Investment, Inc., applicant for 2900 Sidney Street in the 16th Ward, for an appeal requesting to install a drive-thru banking facility and loading area with access (circular entrance and exit) off of Sidney Street.
The appellant is requesting relief because drive-thru facilities are not located in the list of allowable uses in the SP-5 Zoning District.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person.
