Job training presentation in Carrick

Bidwell Training Center will be hosting an informational presentation about career training they offer at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh Carrick on Thurs ., May 27, at 6 p.m.

Bidwell Training Center can help those who are thinking about beginning a career or making a career change reach their goals in one of the training areas offered. Bidwell Training Center is a nonprofit, post-secondary career school that offers career training at no cost to their students.

Each accepted student receives a full scholarship including tuition and books. To qualify, prospective students must have a high school diploma or GED and be a resident of Pennsylvania.

This career training opportunity is for anyone and no prior knowledge is needed in their career area of choice because Bidwell Training Center teaches each major from its foundation.
