St. Maria Magdalena moves, plans services

St. Maria Magdalena Assyrian Catholic Church has moved to the Hilltop to Trinity Lutheran Church, 601 Brownsville Road.

Holy Week services will include:

Diocesan Chrism Mass on March 30 at 7 p.m. presided over by the Most Reverend Mar Ramzi R. Mussalm Bishop of the Assyrian Diocese of Pennsylvania and will include the Most Solemn Blessing of the Holy Oils.

Services on Holy Thursday, April 1 will include Mass of the Lords Supper at 5 p.m. and include the Italian tradition on Holy Thursday of visiting seven churches for the seven Sorrows of Mary, leaving Trinity Church at 9 p.m.

Liturgy of the Lords Passion and Death on Good Friday, April 2 at 1 p.m. Easter Vigil at 8 p.m. on Holy Saturday, April 3 with the Viril Mass of the Resurrection. And, Holy Mass of the Resurrection on April 4, Easter Sunday, at 2 p.m.
