Storytimes for kids, parents weekly at the Carrick Library

The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, Carrick is offering several weekly storytimes for children.

Mother Goose Storytime is on Thursdays at 10 a.m. for babies six months to two years. Babies with a caregiver will delight in songs, stories and playtime.

Preschool Storytime will be held on Thursdays at 11:15a.m. Children ages 2-6 are welcome to come to hear stories, sing songs and make a craft. These programs are every Thursday throughout the year.

The library is now offering a new storytime on Saturdays. Family Storytime is for kids of all ages and their families. Each week they will read stories on a theme and make a craft.

Upcoming themes include: Dr. Seuss on March 13, Pittsburgh Heroes and Landmarks on March 20 and an Easter Egg Hunt on March 27.
