Zone case 55/10 on Thursday, March 11 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Jason Lardo, appellant for 133 South 18th Street in the 17th Ward, for an appeal requesting use of existing two-story structure as a two-family dwelling.
Any change of a non-conforming use shall be reviewed for approval by the Zoning Board.
Zone case 57/10 on Thursday, March 11 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of Barbara Skirda, appellant for 220 Bernard Street in the 32th Ward, for an appeal requesting to enclose existing 8' x 8' one-story porch at rear of existing two-story single-family dwelling with existing 8' x 8' storage shed and a second two-story single family swelling at rear.
Requesting relief from section 912.04.C of the City of Pittsburgh Zoning Code concerning minimum exterior and interior side yard setbacks for accessory structures.
Zone case 58/10 on Thursday, March 11 at 9:50 a.m. is the appeal of 16th & Carson Street Partners LLC, appellant for 1601-1605 East Carson Street in the 17th Ward, for an appeal requesting a 55' x 60' roof-top deck (approximately 2300 sq. ft.) abouve existing two-story restaurant (Diesel).
Relief is requested from Section 904.02C of the City of Pittsburgh Zoning Code in regards to the minimum Rear-Yard Setback requirement and the maximum Floor-to-Area ratio.
Zone case 53/10 on Thursday, March 18 at 9:00 a.m. is the appeal of Designed Development Inc., appellant for 1927 Huron Street in the 17th Ward, for an appeal requesting a 5' x 17' second-story deck directly above existing 5' x 17' first-story deck at rear of existing 2½ story single-family dwelling with a 10' x 19' parking pad at rear.
The appellant is requesting relief from section 903.03.E of the City of Pittsburgh Zoning Code relative to interior side-yard setback requirements.
Zone case 54/10 on Thursday, March 18 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Jardini Construction, appellant for 132 Parkfield Street in the 29th Ward, for an appeal requesting use of existing 2½ story two-family dwelling with two parking stalls in rear.
The appellant is requesting relief because two-family dwellings are not permitted in an R1D-L zoning district.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
