Chess classes for kids at the Carrick Library

The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, Carrick, will be offering chess classes for children in kindergarten through fifth grade.

The classes will be held for six weeks beginning January 26 and through March 2 from 6-7 p.m. Players can get ready for the Chess Tournament in March with these free classes taught by an experienced chess coach. Children should register early, class size is limited.

All programs are free, fun, educational and open to everyone.
