Pgh. Zoning Board hearings
Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 238/09 on Thursday, Dec. 3 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of William T. Rose, owner of 2717 Sumner Street in the 16th Ward, for an appeal requesting to raise the roof of existing 2½-story single family dwelling; construct four decks at the rear of the structure: 14' x 20' deck below grade; 10' x 20' deck at grade with wrap-around porch to front of structure; 9' x 20' deck at second floor level; and, 8' x 20' deck at third story level.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
